Money Making Misconceptions was created to challenge the ideas we're taught about money — and replace them with practical frameworks for building income, ownership, assets, and ultimately freedom.
People are taught how to work, earn, save, spend, and repeat. But earning more money alone doesn't guarantee ownership, financial security, freedom, or wealth.
The real shift happens when income becomes a tool — something you can use to build businesses, acquire assets, create ownership, and eventually make money work without requiring more of your time.
Money Making Misconceptions exists to examine the ideas we've been taught about money, challenge the ones that don't hold up, and replace them with frameworks that actually move you forward.
The framework is built around a simple idea: financial freedom isn't one decision.
It's a progression. You learn valuable skills, increase what you earn, build something
beyond your paycheck, acquire ownership, compound what you've built,
and eventually earn the ability to choose how you spend your time.
I didn't start Money Making Misconceptions because I had everything figured out. I started it because I spent years doing what most of us are taught to do: work hard, earn more, and try to get ahead.
I've built houses for a living, started my own handyman business, bought rental real estate, invested, and continually looked for ways to create income beyond a paycheck.
Along the way, I learned one of the ideas at the center of MMM: making money and building wealth are not the same thing.
A bigger paycheck can make life easier, but income alone doesn't create ownership. It doesn't automatically build assets, businesses, investments, or freedom from having to trade your time for money.
That's the transition I'm working through myself.
MMM is where I turn what I'm learning into practical frameworks for moving from earning to owning, working to building, and income to wealth.
I'm not teaching this from the finish line.
I'm building it too.
The free MMM Blueprint will show you how the L.E.B.O.C.C framework fits together and where to begin.
